Lost your license key, or need a upgrade license key? please feel free to fill out this form, including your existing order reference number, registration name, license key (or support key), email address and phone number etc. We'll be glad to help retrieve and resend your licensing info on file via Email.

Note that before requesting a free upgrade license key, please be sure to first check our upgrade policy and see if your registration matches the policy. If the existing license key you have works with the latest version, there's no need to request a new one. Just install the latest version of the software on your system, and register it with the existing license key, and then continue to use under the terms in EULA.
