Payment Methods
We accept credit cards and PayPal payments.
License Key Delivery
For each software license, a unique license key will be generated and sent via E-mail within 48-hour. The license key is used to activate (unlock) the software for permanent use under the terms of End User License Agreement.
Registration Name
We issue unique license keys for each customers. By default, the license key is generated with the buyer's name or credit card holder's name supplied in the order form. If you ordered a multi-user license and would like it to register under your organization or company's name, please inform us of this change immediately after you placed the order.
License Key Not Received?
To ensure that you receive all communications, please add 'wjjsoft.com' to your Safe Senders list. If you don't seem to receive any message from us, it might be worth to check your 'Bulk Mail' or 'Spam' folder, some email service providers will automatically file it in there; Otherwise please contact us, we'll be glad to help re-send your licensing information. If you'd like to update our user info database with your new address info for future communications, please feel free to submit it here.
Upgrade Policy
Our upgrade policy offers customers minor software updates of paid versions free of charge. If a newer major release is available in less than 12 months after your initial purchase, you're entitled to obtain the major version upgrade free of charge.
